Taking our Florida heat into consideration, we urge that all our curbside appointments clients take the necessary measures to keep their pets in cool temperature while waiting, preferably inside the vehicle, to avoid heat related issues (such as heat strokes, ect). Should your vehicle NOT have air-conditioning or room inside to fit your pet(s), please let us know ahead of time so we may try and accommodate a shaded area for you and your pet(s) to wait for your appointment.

APPOINTMENT PROTOCOL

One Person with the pet is allowed in the rooms with exception of euthanasia's.

If you happen to have more than one person, including child, at the time of the appointment you will automatically be considered a curbside appointment and you will have to wait in your car.

Teniendo en cuenta nuestro calor en Florida, instamos a que todos nuestros clientes de citas en la acera tomen las medidas necesarias para mantener a sus mascotas a una temperatura fresca mientras esperan, preferiblemente dentro del vehículo, para evitar problemas relacionados con el calor (como golpes de calor, etc.). Si su vehículo NO tiene aire acondicionado o espacio en el interior para que quepan sus mascotas, avísenos con anticipación para que podamos tratar de acomodar un área sombreada para que usted y sus mascotas esperen su cita.

PROTOCOLO DE NOMBRAMIENTO

Se permite una persona con la mascota en las habitaciones con excepción de la eutanasia.

Si tiene más de una persona, incluido el niño , en el momento de la cita se considerará automáticamente una cita en la acera y tendrá que esperar en su automóvil.
